If this is your evaluation year, you MUST be informed by your administrator by the end of the day on Monday, October 3rd, 2016.  We will be offering a TPA workshop on Tuesday, October 25th.  Registration will open soon.  A staff member from Provincial will be reviewing the process and a local released officer will be on hand to answer questions.

Professional Judgement Guidelines for the Occasional Teacher Evaluation and the Teacher Performance Appraisal outlines the scope with which members can utilize their professional judgement during the evaluation and appraisal processes, including the completion of the Annual Learning Plan. The document outlines essential components of the processes and outlines both areas where members can apply their professional judgement and where there is not room for the exercise of professional judgement.

Please contact Joanne Threndyle at the ETFO office or via Waterworks with any questions regarding the TPA process.
