On Monday, September 26, your federation hosted an reception for new contract teachers and their school representatives. Over 100 people were in attendance at the event hosted at the Edelweiss Tavern (as our office is under renovation).

We were honoured to have ETFO Provincial Vice President Karen Campbell in attendance to welcome our new teachers and to provide a short overview of our federation. In addition, local released officers highlighted each of their portfolios and encouraged members to get involved in their local.

We look forward to celebrating with our new colleagues at November’s Celebration Dinner.
