Focus on Anti-Racist Education: Remembrance Day

Each year, in November, we take time to observe the anniversary of the Armistice that ended World War I.  Remembrance Day is a solemn occasion that honours the service and sacrifices of Canada’s armed forces members.

As we take pause to appreciate the contributions of all those who have served our country, we have the opportunity to include groups of Canadians whose sacrifices have sometimes been overlooked.
