The union’s Women in Action is a program designed to encourage the active involvement and leadership of ETFO members who self-identify as women.
This 12-hour leadership training program is funded by the provincial office and organized by our locals to offer members who are not experienced with activism and leadership with an opportunity to learn new skills and get involved. Our goal is to empower women leaders to continue to build the union’s strength for tomorrow!
You will be both challenged and inspired as you spend a weekend learning with like-minded union sisters!
There is a $50 fee to register, and participants who complete the entire program will be refunded the fee. A maximum of two members will be able to attend from one work site.
This event ends on Sunday, March 31 at noon. It does not include lunch that day.
